Lambeth Family Scholarship

Established in 2011 by Donny C. Lambeth and Pamela G. Lambeth to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors who attend Parkland High School and will attend Appalaciah State University, Elon University, High Point University, Meredith College, NC State University, NC A&T State University or Wake Forest University

Law Enforcement Benefit Fund

Established in 1999 by the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association to provide scholarships for the post-secondary education of children of slain police officers of the Winston-Salem Police Department, the NC Highway Patrol (located in Forsyth County), and the Forsyth County Sheriff's Department

Law Enforcement Family Scholarship Fund

Established in 1994 by the City of Winston-Salem Police Department to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from Forsyth County who are dependent children of employees of the Winston-Salem Police Department or the Forsyth Municipal ABC Law Enforcement

Leinbach Scholarship Fund

Established in 1992 by Martha Leinbach to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Forsyth County

Lloyd E. and Rachel S. Collins Scholarship Fund

Established in 1991 by former students, in honor of Lloyd E. Collins, to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from North, South, and West Stokes High Schools in Stokes County, NC

Love's UMC Scholarship for Christian Education

Established in 2008 by Love's United Methodist Church with a gift from Mary Leight Booe to provide scholarships to students who are between the ages of 17-25 and are members of Love's United Methodist Church, who are seeking undergraduate or graduate degrees in a Christian Education field

Love's United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund

Established in 2008 by Love's United Methodist Church to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are members of Love's United Methodist Church

Lucian and Robie Neal Student Aid Fund

Established in 2018 by Lucian Neal to provide scholarships to students, of traditional age and non-traditional age, who reside in Forsyth County

Makieya Rae Smith Scholarship

Description Established in 2022 by Tremona Purvis in memory of her daughter, Makieya Rae Smith, to provide scholarships for African American female students in Forsyth County who are high school graduates from Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy.

Marcus Raper Zimmerman Scholarship Fund

Established in 1984, in memory of Marcus Raper Zimmerman, to provide scholarships to students in Forsyth County, who have physical disabilities or to students pursuing careers to work with those with physical disabilities

Mark Collier Caudill Scholarship

Established in 2010 by Virginia Whichard Caudill, in honor of her husband on his birthday, to provide scholarships to minority male student athletes graduating high school seniors from R.J. Reynolds High School

Mark James Mendenhall Memorial Scholarship Fund

Established in 1990 by the Mendenhall family, in memory of Mark James Mendenhall, to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors from Forbush High School in Yadkin County, NC, who are pursuing degrees in the fields of law or other judicial-related areas, business, or electronics

Mary Carol Sapp Memorial Scholarship (Name abbreviated)

Established in 2018 by Mary Carol Sapp with charitable remainder trusts in memory of her parents, Carl Robert Sapp and Mary Grubbs Sapp, to provide scholarships to students who attend a Forsyth County high school and reside in the Foundation's service area

Mary Lou Southern Memorial Achievement Scholarship

Established in 2021 by her children, Carole Southern Crosslin and Steven Dennis Southern to provide scholarships to Forsyth County residents who are traditional-age, female students, and who attended R.J. Reynolds High School or West Forsyth High School.  Ms. Southern was a gifted student and graduated at the top of her class at Mineral Springs High School.  Ms. Southern's family did not have the means - nor did she have the support to find the resources - to attend college. Yet, after joining R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company's corporate office, she became the company's first female manager in the late 1960s, paving the way for other female leaders behind her.

Mary Rowena Cooper Scholarship Fund

Established in 1991 by her son, George Leo Cooper, to provide scholarships to children of Vietnam veterans in the U.S.
