The Foundation announces that Andrea Hulighan has been promoted to a new position, Vice President, Strategy and Culture, Shamika Starke has been promoted to Director, Strategic Initiatives, and Lisa Purcell, the Foundation’s Executive Vice President, has made plans to retire at the end of 2022.
