Supporting Tornado Relief Efforts

Our prayers go out to the communities impacted by the unprecedented and deadly tornadoes that devastated Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee and other states in the central and southern U.S. last weekend. We know that many in our area would like to help those who have been impacted by this natural disaster.

As these communities begin to rebuild, community foundations are quickly responding to the catastrophe by creating relief funds to collect and distribute money to support those who have been seriously impacted.

If you would like to support recovery efforts, we would suggest contributing to the following relief funds:

• Community Foundation of West Kentucky − West Kentucky Tornado Relief Fund‍
• The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee − CFMT Tornado Response

To give via your donor-advised fund, choose the community foundation as the recipient and note the response fund in the designation.

We will provide additional donation opportunities as we become aware of them. In the meantime, please keep these communities in your thoughts in the days and weeks ahead.
