Luke Hoffman has joined the Foundation as Executive Coordinator. In this role he will optimize the effectiveness of the president, the Winston-Salem Foundation Committee and the Leadership Team by providing strategic administrative and project management support. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Development from Appalachian State University. We’re excited to have Luke join our staff!
Kasie Merical joins the Foundation as Director of Stewardship where she will oversee relationship management of current fundholders and donors. She brings over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, including serving at two community foundations, most recently serving as the Director of Strategic Communications and Public Relations for the United Way of Forsyth County. Kasie holds a Masters of Humanities in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Tiffin University. We're excited to have her join our Development and Donor Services team!
Anna Willis, our new Strategy and Culture Associate, will provide administrative support for grantmaking, programs and events, and planning for the Strategic Initiatives. She brings experience in higher education and communications, recently having served as an academic coordinator at Wake Forest University. Anna holds a master's degree in English from Wake Forest and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UNC Chapel Hill. Welcome to the Foundation, Anna!
